North African side, Algeria are through to the African cup of Nations (AFCON) 2019 quarterfinals after easing past opponent Guinea in a 3-0 win on Sunday night. Algeria are the only team yet to concede a goal in the tournament and has once again protected that record.
Youcef Bilaili gave Algeria the lead in the 24th minute, English Premiership star, Riyad Mahrez doubled the lead in the 57th minute, before attacking midfielder Adam Ounas sealed the win with a third in the 82nd minute.
Algeria will now face Madagascar in the quarterfinals after they edged past DR Congo via penalties earlier today.
