Cynthia Morgan Speaks Out In New Open Letter, Reintroduces Herself As “The Madrina”


Days after speaking out about her troubled career, Nigerian dancehall singer, Cynthia Morgan has issued an open letter appreciating all her supporters, media houses, including former label executive Jude Okoye and ex-manager, Joy Tongo.

This is coming after Okoye released a copy of her original 2013 contract with his label, Northside Entertainment in defense towards her allegations.

She also appreciated Davido and everyone showing her love since she shared her story.

According to her, she allowed the hurt and pain from past dealings take over her emotions, and she asked for understanding and patience from everyone supporting her. She also used the medium to formally introduce her new moniker as ‘The Madrina’.
