Actor’s Guild of Nigeria President Emeka Rollas has responded to veteran actresses Hilda Dokubo and Kate Henshaw after they led online protests against the appointment of Senator Elisha Abbo as a patron of the guild.
In a recent interview with Plus TV, Rollas defended the guild’s decision while loosely accusing the actresses of sensationalism and attempting to taint the image of the guild.
He added that while social media was no medium of governance for the guild, the actresses have been of no impact to the guild despite being Nollywood actors for over 20 years.
