#EndSARS: Abia Protesters, Police Clash After Defying Statewide Curfew
For weeks the country have seen protests and demonstrations against police brutality across the county..
On Wednesday October 21, residents and law enforcement clashed, as the police were caught on camera shooting sporadically at various locations.
The incident after the state governor Okezie Ikpeazu imposed a 24-hour curfew in Aba and Umuahia following a clash between hoodlums and the police in the two major cities.
The Lekki Toll Gate mass shootings on Tuesday fueled tensions. According to eye-witnesses the Abia state town hall, a catholic church have all been vandalized over the growing unrest.
