#EndSARS Protests: Toke Makinwa Urges Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner To Speak Out

As many international celebrities are lending their voices towards anti-police brutality protests in Nigeria, Toke Makinwa has called on American beauty entrepreneurs and sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner to join the ongoing movement.

Taking to her Twitter Friday night, the multi-media personality and actress who’ve been very vocal about the issues wrote, “Dear @KimKardashian have you heard about what is going on in Nigeria? Police brutality? They are shooting, looting, raping and killing innocent Nigerians, we know all your work on prison reforms pls could you support us with your platform? The whole world needs to know #EndSWat.”

Kardashian followed up with a short tweet, stating that the world is a global village now and that every voice counts, before proceeding to ask Jenner to use her platform as she’s a huge influence of this generation.
She wrote, “Dear @KylieJenner you have such a huge influence on the youth of this generation, Nigeria is going through one of the hardest things right now, we need you to pls use your platform to support the citizens of Nigeria against Police brutality. Check #Endpolicebrutality #EndSars.”
