The P-Square family seems to be getting larger by the day, in January; Peter of the singing duo and girlfriend Lola Omotayo welcomed their second child, a girl, Aliona. Now, Paul and his girl friend Anita have announced the birth of their first child, a bouncing baby boy, Andre.

Paul Okoye and his girlfriend Anita welcomed their child in the early hours of Thursday, April 11, 2013 in an Atlanta hospital, US, their publicist Bayo Adetu disclosed.

They are all doing fine according to him. Congrats to the family!

B-Red Debunks HKN Split Rumours
HKN latest offering, B-Red has denied the rumor gaining ground that he and Sina Rambo have not parted ways with Davido and label HKN Gang.

Bayo Adeleke aka B.Red said in an interview on STV that he was surprised to hear he and his brother Sina Rambo had parted ways with their cousin Davido, insisting that there’s no crisis in the gang.

“HKN Gang consist of me (B.Red), Sinarambo and Davido. We are brothers, me and Davido, actually we are best cousins since the age of three,” B.Red stated in the interview.

“I don’t understand why people would say we are beefing, it’s one love, that’s all I’ve got to say,” he added.

B-Red who dropped the behind the scenes footage for the video of his single “Insane Girl” during the week said he is excited because this is his first video.

Hollywood Actor Of Nigerian Descent Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje To Star In “Pompeii”
Popularly known for his role as the mysterious Mr. Eko from ‘Lost,’ Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is set to be seen by by an untold number of people later this year when he plays the villainous Kurse in ‘Thor: The Dark World.’ And it looks like he’s not saying no to any other high profile roles: he’s just signed on to join the cast of Paul W.S. Anderson‘s Roman epic ‘Pompeii.’

Akinnuoye-Agbaje will play a gladiator and friend to the star of the film, Kit Harington. In addition to Harington, Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s fellow cast members include Kiefer Sutherland, Emily Browning, Jared Harris and Carrie Ann Moss, making these the strangest Romans ever assembled for a film.

The film feels like a big departure for Anderson, whose past work has generally floated between the horror, science fiction and action genres. His most notable contribution to the world of film is the never-ending ‘Resident Evil’ series.

“Pompeii,” written by Michael Robert Johnson, is set in the days leading up to the eruption of Mt.

Vesuvius in A.D. 79 and tells the tale of an enslaved gladiator — played by Harington — who faces the tyrant (Sutherland) who years before murdered his family and now threatens to steal his lover (Browning). Jared Harris, Carrie-Anne Moss and Joe Pingue round out the cast.”
“Pompeii” is set to go before cameras very soon for an unspecified 2014 release.

Nollywood Stars Rock Genesis Cinemas As ‘Playing Safe’ Premieres
The movie theatre, Genesis Deluxe Cinema, Lekki, was recently thronged by Nollywood stars that came to register their robust presence at the premiere of the romantic thriller “Playing Safe” from the award winning producer of True Citizens, Elvis Chucks.

The red carpet of the event had attendees such as Ghanaian actress Matha Ankoma, who also starred in the movie, Chris Okagbue, Melvin Odua, singer Sexy Steel, Elvis Chucks, I.K Ogbonna, Uche Uwaezeapu, (Guilder Ultimate winner VI) and others who came to rally support for their colleague. One of the highpoints of the night came during the screening of the movie as the guests were entertained and tickled by the acting prowess of the trio of Tonto Dike, Ini Edo and Matha Ankoma.

Playing Safe, a romantic flick which features Ini Edo, Tonto Dike, Jibola Dabo, Ghanian actress Matha Ankomah, Sexy Steel, Ik Ogbonna and Johanness Meyer, is a story of young ladies who thread softly because of past failed relationship experiences to play safe in the game of love.

Synopsis:
Young girls trying to live on past love experiences, thereby out of fear, not ready to put their eggs in one basket and choose to play safe, but the game becomes tough, and the quest to play the right card becomes impossible even as the clock ticks and desperation sets in.

The flick from the stable of Diamond Groove Pictures, is directed and produced by multiple award winning actor cum producer Elvis Chucks. Elvis is the Producer of Victims of the society, True Citizen and A wish, a hilarious comedy still selling fast on DVD.  The movie shot in Lagos, Dubai, Ghana and London is due to be released during Easter.  Elvis Chucks has shown overtime that he knows his onion when it comes to movie directing and production.
