From the MBGN event to Tuface’s ‘Ascension’ album launch Party, last week saw a lot of exciting fashionable events and different celebrities stunned in their different styles. We have put together the different looks we think where “wow” for us from different events. Here they are:
The MBGN pageant took place on Friday July 18th at the Heritage Centre, Yenogoa, Bayelsa State and we spotted fabulous looks at the event.
Anna Banner was dressed in a white mono-strap dress to hand over the crown to the new MBGN 2014. She accessorized with her silver crown, silver dangling earrings and a silver bracelet.
Seyi Shay dressed in an army green tux and pants from Nigerian designer Clan Diaries. The tux was worn over a black bralet and paired with gold strappy sandals. She accessorized with a gold and black statement neckpiece, gold bracelet and dark aviator glasses.
Ik Osakioduwa looked dapper in a shinny blue tux with black pants, a white dress shirt and a black bow tie, paired with black shoes.
Patoranking was dressed in all black. He wore a black blazer worn over a black tunic and black trouser, all with leather details, and he paired his look with black shoes, a gold chain and black Ray Ban shades.
On Saturday, July 19 in Lagos, Moet & Chandon hosted TuFace Idibia’s album release party for his sixth solo album, ‘Ascension’ at Escape Night club, Adeola Odeku Victoria Island, Lagos. We spotted some fabulous looks, here they are:
TuFace Idibia looked dapper at his album party. He was dressed in a blue blazer, a black dress shirt, black trouser and black shoes. He accessorized with dark shades and his wedding band. His wife Annie looked gorgeous beside him in a black off-shoulder leather cropped top and a black slitted leather and chiffon skirt paired with a white and black clutch purse and black gladiator pointy shoes. She accessorized with a silver bangle and cocktail ring.
Fade Ogunro was spotted in a black lace top and midi skirt from Nigerian designer Yetunde Adania. She paired the look with mint green criss-cross sandals from Asos
Femi Da-Silva stunned in a silver sequin dress from LanreDa-Silva Ajayi Couture. She paired her outfit with mustard yellow peep-toe shoes and accessorized with silver dangling earrings and a silver bracelet.
Our very own Founder of OnoBello.com–Ono Bello blazed up the red carpet in a colourful lace Cocoon custom-made dress from Lanre Da-Silva Ajayi Couture, paired with silver sandals and silver purse both Jimmy Choo.
Audu Maikori was dressed in a black tux and white dress shirt paired with black shoes.
Maria Okanrende was dressed in a white blazer, a white skater skirt and a black camisole, paired with grey strappy sandals and accessorized with gold loop earrings, and a gold bracelet.
Mi Abaga was dressed in all white. He wore white dress shirt white trousers with the leg rolled up and white sneakers and a black bow tie.
Richard Nnadi dressed down in a white tux a white dress shirt, denim trouser and black shoes. He accessorized his blazer with a loosened bow tie and a black pocket square.
Wale Ojo was dressed in a white blazer, a white singlet, white trousers, and black shoes, accessorized with red coral neck bead.
The “Pret a Installer” art exhibition which took place on Saturday, 19th July 2014 at Red Door Gallery, Victoria Island, Lagos was another event that saw many gorgeous looking people.
Bola Balogun was dressed in a black kimino sleeve loose fitted top with lace detail and yellow cigarette pants paired with black pointy t-bar shoes and accessorized with a silver tie neckpiece.
Sika Osei was dressed in printed button down shirt paired with printed shorts from Nigerian designer Jewel by Lisa. She paired the look with nude pointy pumps and accessorized with midi rings.
Ann Ogunsilere was dressed in a printed dress from Nigerian Designer Ituen Basi paired with a white clutch purse and silver peep-toe cut-out shoes.
Tokini Peterside was dressed in a black lace top and a full midi skirt paired with black sandals and accessorized with a colourful bracelet.
Last but not the least we have Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EbonyLife TV Mo Abudu, who hosted guests to a live Pop-Up activation titled ‘The Studio Experience’ at the Tinapa Studios in Calabar on Sunday 20 July, 2014.
Mo was gorgeously dressed in a printed two piece which features a long thigh high slitted skirt, paired with gold strappy sandals and accessorized with gold dangling earrings, a wrist watch and a cocktail ring.
