Fashion News: London Men A/W14 Collections, Casely-Hayford, Agi & Sam And Adrien Sauvage To Showcase

The London men’s collections of Autumn/Winter 2014 collection showcase kicked off today. The major fashion event brings the brightest emerging talents, British heritage brands and international names under one umbrella.

The three-day event started today 6th and will end on the 8th of January 2014. The event is known for bringing together an exciting array of London&#39s brightest emerging talents, British heritage brands and international names.

Three brands of African origin/influence will be showcasing this year, check them out!

Ghanaian-British Joe Casely-Hayford OBE & Charlie Casely-Hayford (Casely-Hayford)


Joe and Charlie Casely-Hayford

The London based father and son design duo formed Casely-Hayford in 2009 to convey their vision of London style to an international audience.

Their signature look fuses sportswear with tailoring and high art with street culture, realized by combining the finest craftsmanship with new technology.

They are known for sportswear with tailoring. Formal wear with street wear.The Casely-Hayford signatures suits are crafted in Japan fusing unstructured light weight jackets with matching luxury formal tracksuit bottoms

Agi Mdumulla and Sam Cotton

Agi and Sam has a strong emphasis on entirely bespoke print and humour, “we believe that fashion should never be taken too seriously. We also endeavour to sit firmly in the middle of brands that fear creating something different and those which push collections too far.”


Agi & Sam won the Emerging Talent Award – Menswear at the British Fashion Awards 2013.

Ghanaian-British Designer -Adrien Sauvage

Adrien Sauvage

Adrien Victor Sauvage is a British designer, director and photographer of Ghanaian descent. Established in early 2010, British fashion house A.Sauvage has acquired a reputation for its under-stated luxury and non-nonsense approach to contemporary tailoring.

Originally specialising in contemporary tailoring, the brand has since diversified to offer made to measure, womenswear, casual separates and leather goods.
