Chef Nkesi Enyioha is the founder and executive chef of HSE Gourmet Cuisine, a food service company offering private chef services, and catering. She also recently launched a product line of spices and sauces and is soon to open a gourmet, artisan-style cafe.
Chef Nkesi’s Kitchen is open to all, as she has recently launched her cooking show where she teaches guests and her audience alike fun and easy recipes.
On this kiddie friendly episode with her son Sebastian as the guest chef, she teaches him how to make yummy and easy dessert -Trifle…yum!
