Recently there was a launch of The Women of West Africa in Entrepreneurship and it was created to meet the needs of Nigeria and as a whole, Africa’s young educated women who are driven to start up in business but face significant challenges in competing with their male counterparts.

Though launched just a few months ago, Women of West Africa in Entrepreneurship has gotten a wide support from the female business community in Nigeria, connecting a landmark 10,000 members in just under 4 weeks and has over 17,000 likes on Facebook.
