#HeinekenLFW18: Lagos Space Programme Debuts A Gender-Blurring Capsule Collection

Lagos Space Programme SS19

Following hot on the heels of ‘The Dew Collection’ by Betty Irabor, which kicked off this year’s fashion week, came the one we’ve all had our eyes on Lagos Space Programme.

Creatively directed by Adeju Thompson, the relatively new label challenged our perception of menswear with Japanese silhouettes and gender-neutral identities with his capsule collection.

The pieces are unlike anything we have seen some down the Lagos Fashion Week runway and if this collection is anything to go by, there’s so much more to come. We have entered a new era in menswear which is not bound by the rules of old and allows men the freedom to express themselves completely through their style.
