Hilda Dokubo, Rita Dominic And More Stars Lead Campaign Against Senator Elisha Abbo’s AGN Patron Appointment

Nollywood actors and actresses have joined veteran thespian Hilda Dokubo to ignite an online protest against the appointment of Elisha Abbo as Actor’s Guild of Nigeria patron.

Hilda Dokubo had taken Instagram earlier to express her displeasure in a video at the appointment of Senator Elisha Abbo while calling out the guild’s president, Emeka Rollas on the decision to choose the alleged woman beater senator as a patron of the guild.

However, the video has gone viral after been reposted by several of her colleagues including, Michelle Dede, Stella Damascus, Shan George, Rita Dominic, Kate Henshaw among others.

Recall that Senator Elisha Abbo made headlines back in July 2019 after a CCTV footage of him assaulting a female staff of a sex toy shop in Abuja emerged. The infamous senator also pulled a number of theatrics in the wake of the video that made headlines.
