Inside Tiwa Savage’s Surprise “Celia” Album Party Graced By Don Jazzy, Toke Makinwa & More
It was an emotional affair when close celeb friends helped Tiwa Savage celebrate her newly released third LP, Celia, in Lagos on Friday afternoon.
Those who found themselves near the exclusive Eko Pearl Towers gathering were treated to the tracks the singer made in the body of work named after her mother while enjoying a beautiful brunch, supported by Moët & Chandon.
Singer Lami Phillips was there to carefully document every moment on her Instagram story and page, from Savage’s surprise reaction to her inspiring story of having to live in a shelter while growing up in the US.

The gathering comes a week after Savage was surprised with a listening party by friends in music industry. It had musicians like Naira Marley, Davido, DJ Spinall, Mr May D, and others in attendance.
Savage’s 12-track album was released Friday, August 28 and has since received intentional attention. According to the singer, it was the result of three writing camps in Lagos, London, and Los Angeles, California, US.
The record featured musicians like, Sam Smith, Davido, Stefflon Don, Naira Marley, Dice Ailes, and Hamzaa.
