‘Intimate Affair’? Italian Army Hired As Jay Z Heads 3000 Guests For Kimye Wedding

Those who had their doubts when world famous couple, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian claimed that their wedding which comes up tomorrow, Saturday the 24th of May 2014 have seemingly been justified, as reports have surfaced that the couple have hired the Italian Army for extra security, while Jay Z – who is set to be Kanye’s best man – heads a list of about 3,000 guests invited for the ceremony.

Kanye West & Kim share an intimate moment in public.

Kim had tweeted earlier this month that; “We are not filming our wedding for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. You will see everything leading up til and after! As much as we would love to share these memories on camera, we&#39ve decided to keep this close to our heart & share thru photos” and she also disputed reports they had finalized a massive guest list, adding; “No guest list has been released. Seeing fake ones. Especially not 1600 people invited like I just read. Its VERY small & intimate”, leading to rumours that just 150 guests were invited to the wedding.

Kanye shares a laugh with his pal Jay Z

However, what is being tagged as ‘The Wedding Of The Year’ seems likely to live up to that billing, as reports claim non-uniformed Italian militia have been drafted in to assist the pair&#39s personal security team and will surround Florence&#39s 16th century Belvedere fort ahead of the big day on Saturday.

Arrivals are expected to be from 2pm, with Jay Z – predicted to be Kanye&#39s best man to attend with wife Beyoncé, joining other guests including singer John Legend and his model wife Chrissy Teigen, Kim&#39s best friends Brittny Gastineau and Jonathan Cheban, and LaLa Anthony and Larsa Pippen .
