DJ Neptune Co-Hosts This Week’s MTV Base Official Naija Top 10-D’Banj, Chidinma, For No 1

In this week’s MTV Base Official Naija Top 10, DJ Neptune will join VJ, Ehis in the studio to run through the week’s top bosses in the Naija music scene on the Official Naija Top 10.

 D’Banj, who is starting to nip at Chidinma’s heels moves into number 2 spot with “Don’t Tell Me Nonsense”. 

Former number one, P-Square “Personally” drops one place to number 4 giving way for Burna Boy who moves up one place to number 3 with “Run My Race”.
Staying put are Timaya at number 6 with “Ekoloma Demba” and DJ Xclusive at number 5 with “No Time”.

 Wande Coal’s “The Kick” is still hanging in there, sticking firmly to the number 7 slot for the second week while BET Award winner Ice Prince and 2Face finally exit the chart making room for this week’s new entries: Olamide with “Duro Soke” at number 8 and Skuki with “Voom Va” at number 9.

Every week, the Official Naija Top 10 powered by Star Music is put together by an elite panel of judges comprising Nigerian broadcasters, music specialists and tastemakers, working with MTV Base to pick the winners and losers in the week’s chart. On the panel are Onos Ovueraye (Bella Naija.com), DJ Humility (Rhythm FM), DJ Jimmy Jatt, DJ Xclusive (Cool FM), Big Time (Rhythm FM), DJ Caise (The Beat FM), Toolz (The Beat FM) and Osagie Alonge (Nigerian Entertainment Today).

Next week’s chart will be revealed on Friday 13 September on NTA @ 23.30 WAT.
