According to the private chef, “This is for people who love Asun and desire more for her. ”TAGLIALATA” or Asun Pasta if you may. Freshly made Tagliatelle Pasta tossed in an Asun ragu (Yeah you read that right). Goat meat stewed, slow cooked in a Tomato chilli sauce. Spicy, meatyy and sweet!!!!! This is going up on our delivery menu.”
Tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from Emilia-Romagna and Marche, regions of Italy. It can be served with a variety of sauces, though the classic is a meat sauce or Bolognese sauce.
