Today’s recipe of the day is grilled plantains, chicken and sauce. For those who are not familiar with plantains, they are a staple in Western Africa countries, larger than bananas but normally not as smooth as bananas.
This meal is a breezy weekend delight and can be eaten at any time of the day. You can grill or barbecue both ripe and unripe plantain. If you have a sweet tooth, you definitely want to go for the grilled ripe plantain.

How do you grill your Chicken?😍 We all know grilling is one of the healthiest method of cooking our proteins. . This is one of the many ways I grill my chicken. . Sometimes I marinate it and refrigerate for days while sometimes, I just marinate and grill immediately. No time. Lol Sometimes, I boil my chicken/turkey (especially the hard ones) before grilling it. This time around, the ingredients I used are: . · Chili Oil (In place of ata gungun) · Onion powder · Seasoning powder · Garlic powder · Rosemary leaves · Ketchup I simply mixed it together, marinated for 3 hours and grilled it.
