On today’s cuisine, K’s Cuisine shares the recipe to a green goodie smoothie. We all know fruits and vegetables are good for us right?
According to the food blogger, “Green smoothie is one easy way of getting vegetables and fruits into one’s diet. It is one delicious way of getting nutrients in the body.”
It is an energy booster and provides the body with disease fighting antioxidants that boosts the immune system. Finally, it takes just about 5 minutes to prepare!
- 2 handful Spinach
- 1 Green Apple
- 1/4 of a small Cucumber
- 1 banana
- Milk or yoghurt
- 1/2 cup water
- Put milk, water in the blender first then add the Spinach, banana, apple and cucumber.
- If using honey, add to the smoothie at step 1
- Blend till very smooth.
- You can garnished it with fresh strawberries just like the one served above.
- Serve and enjoy
