She says, “How often do you take oats? Do For me it can sometimes get boring so I usually try to switch it up, add some cinnamon, coconut, berries etc.

One of the reasons I like oatmeal is how quick and easy it is yet it’s filling and gives a lot of nutrients. It can also be made in your microwave, mix all ingredients together and throw in the microwave for some minutes and your meal is ready.”
