Today’s cuisine comes all the way from West Africa’s Ghana formerly known as the Gold Coast. Food blogger, Smile Into Food is sharing the recipe and method of preparation for one of the country’s most tasty and easy-to-prepare soups you can find.
The food blogger writes, “Light soup is a popular delicacy in Ghana. It is usually made with little ingredients and in a thin consistency hence the name. It is similar to what Nigerians term as pepper soup. We serve it with fufu, rice, banku or can be taken alone on it’s own.”
