“The key to getting the rice so tasty was first ensuring your fish is seasoned properly and the stock is really tasty,” she says. “Then toasting the rice in a little concentrated fish stock and seasoning for a few minutes to intensify the taste before boiling it.”

“Feel free to fry the deboned dish before adding it to the rice for those that don’t like boiled fish.”

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cups of Rice
  • 1 kg of Tilapia (or fish of Choice)
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Spring Onions
  • Parsley Garlic
  • Sweet Corn
  • Curry
  • Garam masala
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Powder
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary Oil Of Choice
