On today’s episode of OB Cuisine, we’re heading to the Caribbean to learn the goodness of Oatmeal porridge. This version is prepared by Nigerian Insta-food blogger and YouTuber, The Kitchen Muse.
Commonly eaten through the region, this healthy meal is cooked in water or milk and can be served with sweet or savoury toppings. In Jamaica, the term porridge traditionally refers to oatmeal.
This serving gets a wonderful flavour boost from Cream, Cinnamon, Honey and topped with Bananas, Strawberries & Chia Seeds. Whole milk adds a creaminess so delicious the dish can pass as a dessert pudding.
