Food blogger Zin’s Kitchen shares a delicious take on Seafood or Seaside Okra soup, a dish great for everyone including those on a keto diet.
Seafood Okra is cooked without meat, just sea animals as the name implies. It gives you the chance to add all the possible kinds of seafood: fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, lobster etc.
It can be cooked by anyone and doesn’t have to contain all edible sea creatures. For keto dieters, just serve it with low carb fufu meals while others can go for all types of swallow.
