The Minister of Power, Works and Housing Babatunde Fashola has made the declaration that the All Progressive Congress (APC) promised Nigerians change but it never pledged to them that the change would be attained in a particular time frame.
Speaking at the inauguration of President Muhammad Buhari’s 2019 campaign in Ikeja, he made that statement known to the public.
“In 2014, we said we would change Nigeria but we did not say we will do it in four years.This election therefore is a choice between going forward to the next level or backward because the work has already begun.” The Minister said.
