2015 saw our celebrities ‘up’ their game, style wise. Many took time to select outfits for various occasions and picking outfits became a serious business with some seeking the counsel of stylists.
For our male and female celebrities, the time for half-baked attempts is long past and the past year saw many put their best foot forward on the red, blue, green, yellow and any other coloured carpet.

- Ice Prince
For one who love everything hiphop even when dressing, we liked Ice Prince’s switch at the Nigerian Entertainment awards where he wore a crisp white shirt under a white jacket that feature blue lapels and pocket square. He paired the outfit with well-tailored blue trousers and a nice pair of suede shoes and finished up with dark sunglasses.
Dbanj’s tuxedo to MAMAs was a winner!
- Akin Faminu
This is another style blogger we can’t get enough of. The medical student/fashionisto stood out at the day 1 of the Heineken LFDW in a newspaper print suit.
- Kunle Afolayan
Multiple award-winning actor Kunle Afolayan’s style game at the 2015 AMVCAs was interesting. In traditional Agbada attire, he was a winner indeed.
6. Cobhams Asuquo
He nailed the classic look with the Obuneme tuxedo he wore to the corporate Elite event. He finished off the look with a pair of reflector shades.

He looked dapper on the 2015 AMVCAs red carpet in his double-breasted checkered pantsuit.
- IK Osakioduwa
Nigerian media personality IK Osakioduwa, popularly known as IK’s look caught our attention the Fayrouz L’Original 2 Grand Finale in a Mai Atafo piece.

How do you go about picking a fashion stylist’s best look? Jeremiah Obodo aka Swanky Jerry is one stylist who knows his job. He pays attention to not just his client but to himself also. We fell in love with his look to the 2015 Nigerian Entertainment Awards.
- Mai Atafo
We are in awe of Mai and his creations. Luckily, isn’t only good at making us look our best, he’s got some style moves of his own. Take his look to the premiere of ‘Fifty’ where he rocked a dotted suit from his SS16 collection with a pair of uglies that had really huge tassels. We call it being fashion forward!
- Denola Adepetun
Also known as Denola Grey, this young chap gave us several style inspirations for 2015. We just couldn’t get enough of him, which is why it was so hard to pick our favorite look.We went with his show stopping purple and black combo by Taryor Gabriels for the 2015 Future awards.
