Reports have been circulating that Kim Kardashian and husband, Kanye West are expecting baby No. 4, due to her recent full figure. The reality star however revealed on the 23rd of August that the news is false!
“I don’t know, I don’t know. I read that…[but] none of that was true. I’ve been really open about it and talked about it on our show, so I don’t know.”
Kim also said she and her family start filming Season 16 of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” next week, adding that if she changes her mind, viewers will “definitely see it on the show.”
Regarding her undeniably fit figure, she puts in work to achieve it.
“I do work out really hard in the gym — about an hour-and-a-half every single day,” she said. “Heavy weights. I don’t do a lot of cardio.”
“I’ve been working out really hard-core with a bodybuilder for one year — September’s our one-year anniversary,”
“I’ve lost 20 pounds, and I’m really proud of that. I was almost 140 forever, and now I’m like 116. It just feels good. It’s taken a long time, and I haven’t given up. I didn’t see results right away, but if you stick with something and you’re consistent, you will.”
As far as her diet is concerned, Kim said she doesn’t eat sugar the way that she used to, adding that she motivates Kanye to work out as hard as she does.
