OB: How long have you been in the media industry?
Tomi: I have been in the media industry for over three years.
OB: Was being on TV and radio what you dreamt of doing as a kid?
Tomi: I have always been a chatterbox…lol. When I was in primary school, I anchored a children’s TV programme called “Children’s Variety” on NTA CHANNEL 10 . Apart from being the Social prefect, back in high school, I was also a member of the Press Club. So I will say I have always dreamt of doing this since I was a kid.
OB: What’s your favourite thing about being a media personality?
Tomi: Meeting and Communicating with people. Also the ability to influence and pass the right information to the public.
OB: If you could change one thing in the Nigerian Media Industry, what would it be?
Tomi: Royalties should be given to Artistes, so they have something to fall back on when they retire.
OB: Any plans of relocating to Nigeria?
Tomi: Yes, I hope to relocate to Nigeria soon.
OB: Who’s the most interesting person you’ve interviewed?
Tomi: That’s really hard because they are all unique. Hmmnn… the most interesting person I have interviewed is Prince Andrew, The Duke of York.

Tomi: Oprah Winfrey, because she is my role model.
OB: TV or Radio?
OB: Who is the one person whose career you wish you had?
Tomi: I don’t wish I have anyone’s career, because we all have different destinies, but I admire a few people in the industry like, Oprah, Ellen [DeGeneres] and Wendy [Williams].
OB: What’s your long term plan?
Tomi: To have my own talk show in the nearest future.
OB: You are also a fashion journalist. What does fashion mean to you?
Tomi: Fashion to me, is an expression of one’s identity and feelings, basically fashion is about you, not anyone else.
