African bad gyal, Tiwa Savage has been tapped as the cover girl for this week’s issue of The Guardian Life Magazine.
Gracing for the third time, Tiwa in a chat with the magazine talks about setting a legacy for generations unborn, her music, career, transition to the global scene and more.
On Savage’s exit from Mavin Records, CEO Don Jazzy discloses: “It’s obvious to everybody, it was an epic journey… The business was dope, and she is actually one of my favourite business partners of all time. It was beautiful, she understood from the get-go till now.”
On her music: “I just make music. I don’t think about making music that will appeal to an international crowd, or a local crowd, I just make the music that moves me.”
