In a thrilling night of Champions League football, Tottenham won against English rivals Manchester City 1-0. Son Heung-min scored the only goal of the match in the 78th minute, placing Tottenham in a favourable position for the Second leg on April 17.

Tottenham’s Talisman, Harry Kane limped off the field in an injury that could rule him out of the season, according to manager, Mauricio Pochettino.

Elsewhere, Liverpool had a great night after beating Porto 2-0 in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino struck in the first 26minutes to seal a victory for the merseyside reds.
