Singer Waje stepped out today for her running around town in a print skirt, she posted these photos on her Instagram to let us know how she was going about her day looking fashionable. Her print skirt that got us thinking that everyone no matter your shape or size needs this trend.
All you have to do is follow these trendsetters’ tips!
If you have a boyish shape…
That is if you are straight up-and-down, don’t hide your figure with A-line tunics and shifts. Get a skirt that gives you curves! Fake yourself some hips and a tush by wearing skirts with zebra and zigzag prints that give an illusion of hips.
If you have an hourglass shape…
That is if you have a tiny waist and big hips. If you’ve got curves, geometric prints trick the eye and flatter. Pick skirts that are a little high-waisted. A wide waistband highlights a trim torso and mixed floral draws all the attention to your bitty waist.
If you’re pear-shaped…
If you are a thicker girl with thick legs make sure skirts are either below the knee and tight, or above the knee and loose. Flowy styles are most flattering. Paisley pleats elongate your look. If you do pick a pencil, make sure it doesn’t cling.Don’t shy away from bright stripes; just stick to a swingy cut.
