Nigerians React To AY Makun After Slamming Funke Akindele's Critics OnoBello (2)

Just recently, Nigerian comedian, AY Makun, got on the wrong side of some people on Twitter and now he starting to stand up to them. The social media brouhaha which started when AY commented on actress, Funke Akindele Bello’s run in with the law which eventually turned into a dragging ordeal with Nigerians.

Hours after a fan accused him of kissing the feet of politicians and never speaking against them because they attend his shows and listen to his dry jokes to which he responded to by bragging that he makes N5 million with the jokes, AY has clapped back at his critics, stating how he’s always used his popular “AY Live” Show to expose corrupt politicians in the country.

He wrote: “Over d years AY Live platform has always used political Satire as a weapon to indirectly exposed some bad deeds of politicians Need i tell you what happened to me after this show?Quit saying I have never used my platform.What we have in Nigeria is freedom of thoughts not speech.”
