Hollywood actress Zoe Saldana is the new face for beauty brand L’Oréal.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, the New Yorker has been featured in blockbuster films and starred alongside major actors, actresses and industry insiders at a pace that very few young professionals have experienced. Zoe has not only held her own in major motion picture productions but gained the respect and praise from industry insiders such as Jerry Bruckheimer and Steven Spielberg and actors/actresses such as Tom Hanks, Bernie Mac, Keira Knightley, Ashton Kutcher, Kirsten Dunst and Orlando Bloom.
Her achievements won her a place as international spokesperson for L’Oréal Paris. Saldana is joining a grade of natural beauties including Blake Lively, Julianne Moore, Freida Pinto, Eva Longoria, Lara Stone, Alexa Chung and Beyoncé, who have all fronted the beauty mogul’s campaigns to tell women everywhere that they’re “worth it”.
Saldana is a proclaimed makeup minimalist, which comes from her mother’s all-natural approach to beauty. We expect to see her sporting a fresh face in her upcoming print and television ads, although the brand has not revealed which products she will endorse.
L'Oréalrecently launched in Nigeria with beauty lines- Dark and Lovely, Mabelline and others.
