The World Trade Center Denver is a non-profit trade association that connects businesses in the Rocky Mountain Region in the United States with resources for success in international trade. The four-fold mission statement includes connecting companies with resources and with each other, educating them about all aspects of international business, informing of pertinent news and topics across the globe, and advocating on their behalf for legislation that helps companies grow and trade freely.
At “A World of Fashion,” The World Trade Center Denver Premieres Gala Of World Trade Week 2012 which promises to be an exhilarating experience and night of high fashion amongst the Rocky Mountain Region’s international business community.
Participators and guests will enjoy a fabulous meal as they will be entertained by fashion models showcasing the work of international designers weaving around the ballroom in a modern and unconventional take on a traditional catwalk show. Bid on the quality items and amazing opportunities that will be on offer at our silent auction, where all of the proceeds go to benefit the Young Americans Center for Financial Education’s International Towne, a unique Denver-based non-profit that teaches middle school students the essentials of international trade, foreign exchange, and cross-cultural success.
Though a distinct and separate event, the World Trade Center Denver’s Gala is the perfect prelude to World Trade Day 2012, “A World without Barriers: Leveraging Free Trade Agreements,” focusing on America’s 21 markets with Free Trade Agreements and the opportunities they present.
