Don Jazzy, Wande Coal And D’Prince To Perform At Big Brother Africa Season 8 Launch

The continent is about to catch the Mavin Records’ bug all over again as musical heavy weights Don Jazzy, D’Prince and Wande Coal get set to grab audiences with their energetic and charming performances on Sunday 26 May, 2013 for the launch of the season 8 of the Big Brother Africa reality TV show that will kick off with performances by renowned celebrities from Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. The Multi award-winning record producer, singer-songwriter Don Jazzy, will join D’ Prince and Wande Coal on stage for their collaborative performance.

The Season 8 of Big Brother Africa titled The Chase will kick off with a live screening at 6pm WAT on AfricaMagic, AfricaMagic Entertainment, AfricaMagic World as well as on DStv channel 197 and 198, audiences can look forward to sassy and upbeat tunes from Kenya’s very own award winner, STL. Also, South Africa’s leading Afro Pop music group, Mafikizolo will also serenade audiences with their soulful and rhythmic tunes on the big launch night. With several albums and awards under their belt, the duo has brought fans hits such as Sibongile, Ndihamba Nawe, Nisixoshelani and most recently Khona.

The line-up will also include a slot for some comic relief from Kenyan stand-up comedian Daniel Ndambuki, popularly known as Churchill. The highly talented entertainer has also become a household name with his TV show Churchill Live.

Africa’s biggest reality TV show Big Brother Africa will be screened live for 91 days, 24/7 on DStv channels 197 and 198 while GOtv audiences will be able to see highlights on AfricaMagic World.
