Saturday Exclusive: Meet The Elite Model Look Nigeria 2012 Finalists

International acclaimed modelling competition, Elite Model Look Nigeria (EMLN) which takes place in over 80 different countries is back, bigger and better for its 5th edition. This year, the competition would also include a search for the MALE face of EMLN 2012.

 

EMLN will take place on the 29th of September 2012 at Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island.

 

20 contestants (10 Male and 10 Female) from all walks of life will strut the runway, whereby the lucky contestant in each category who is up to par with the criteria required by the judges to earn the prestigious title of EMLN 2012 would be chosen.

 

The 20 contestants who are between the ages of 16-22years will be welcomed into Lagos state for a unique and unbelievable experience, supervised by a professional team. 7 days of makeovers, photo shoots, fittings and rehearsals have been scheduled to introduce the contestants to the world of modelling.

 

The winner will represent Nigeria alongside winners from 80 other countries in the world final that will take place in October 2012 in China.

 

Yesterday, Friday, 31st August, 2012, finalists for this year’s highly anticipated show were reveled at an exclusive media party for sponsors, designers, press and VIP guests. The event was held at the Beth Modelling Agency headquarters on Raymond Njoku, Ikoyi, Lagos.

 

Elohor Asien, CEO, Beth Model Management, organisers of EMLN explained to all present at the event what she has in store for this year’s event. Also, Veronica Ebie-Odeka official stylist to this year’s event unveiled ‘black and white’ theme for the entire show.
