Ghanaian Brand Printex Debuts SS16 Collection – A Duku Crown


Ghanaian textile manufacturing company, Printex has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2016 collection tagged ‘A Duku Crown’.

Dukuis a Ghanian word for head tie akin to that of Nigeria’s ‘Gele’. According to the brand, the collection, which consists of beautiful designs in vibrant textile colours, is “to inspire this and the next generation of African print lovers to embrace the duku and use it to top off their boldest fashion statements.”

The lookbook features different outfits and head wraps tied with colourful fabrics sporting geometric prints all worn in various styles.
