Heavy Traffic Spotted On Third Mainland Bridge As Lagosians Flout Lockdown Orders

Since the Federal Government initiated its COVID-19 Lockdown, Nigerians have continued to flout the directives and the latest occurred early Monday morning when photos shared via Twitter showed a heavy traffic on Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.

The resident, Oloruntobi Adejare who shared the post alerted the state government to the fact that the lockdown isn’t being taken seriously. He also questioned why residents aren’t helping to fight the spread of COVID-19.

This comes after the NCDC announced that 70 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Lagos State bringing the total tally to 627.
