For the cream:
Checkers custard
Evaporated or condensed milk, you can also use cooking cream.

4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 sugar
1/2 lukewarm milk
3 egg
6 tbsp butter
2 1/4 fast action yeast
Pinch of salt
