On today’s episode we are sharing this delicious recipe by emerging accountant turned chef, Afrigood KitchenIn this new video, she shows us how to make some fish sauce served with unripe plantain. It also goes with other carbs including yam, sweet potatoes, bread and even rice.

Method of preparation:

Step 1. Put fish in pot, add stock cube, onion, ginger, & salt then leave to simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.. Step 2. Debone the fish
Step 3. Pour vegetable oil in preheated pot or fry pan
Step 4. Add onion, chopped tomatoes, roughly blended scotch bonnet pepper, stock cube & salt then stir and leave on it for 10 minutes.
Step 5. Add the deboned fish.
Step 6. Add scents leaves and stir.
