Hello ‘Style Revolutionists’, so last Saturday 20th of June, I had the opportunity to attend the closing of one of Britain’s most prestigious annual events the ‘Royal Ascot’.
The Royal Ascot is Britain’s most valuable race meeting, with some of the world’s top racehorses. The Queen was also in attendance as her traditional royal carriage procession heralds the start of the races.
Ascot is all about socializing and of course a spectacle of fashion.
For the fashionable day out, I opted for this multi-colour print dress from Nigerian luxury designer- Lanre DaSilva Ajayi (Instagram: @lanredasilvaajayi). The midi dress is from the brand’s ‘Rock Delight’ Spring/Summer 2015 collection. I paired the gorgeous dress with bright orange accessories that included a hat from John Lewis London and a handbag from Ted Baker. My light pink almost nude patent heels are from LK Bennett.
Thanks to professional make up artist Anthonia Omisesan (Instagram: tonikemi) for my nude ‘barely there’ make up!
What do you think of my look?
