The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called on the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed, to arrest the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, over the chaos and protest which erupted in Bayelsa over the recent political development in the state.
In a recent tweet, the PDP accused Mr Oshiomhole of inciting the violence. Remember that Mr Oshiomhole had said on Thursday that nobody should be sworn in as governor. Afterwards he then berated INEC for issuing a certificate of return to PDP’s candidate, Douye Diri.
In a second tweet, PDP wrote, “The world however watched with horror as @OfficialAPCNg agents, chanting APC slogans, assaulted the people of Bayelsa state, set the @OfficialPDPNig secretariat in the state ablaze, attacked the premises of Radio Bayelsa, vandalized vehicles and equipment,…”
