Rising Nigerian Model, Favour Lucky, Joan Okorodudu & More Featured In Vogue Italia

Nigerian-born Favour Lucky has been named AFI-sponsored “New Face of the YearAfrican Fashion Awards at the just concluded MBFW Africa, Johannesburg.

The hall went into wild jubilation as 16-year old Miss Favour was announced, having seen her showcased for several designers including David Tlale, Christie Brown, Kibonen NY, Tina Lobondo, Taibo Bacar, among several others. This young lady is definitely a star and will keep soaring higher than her coevals in the Nigerian fashion industry.

Fashion critics like Deon Redman of Deon Redman Creative Production and one of the judges of NNSM 2012 noted remarkably as follows, “This is Favour from Nigeria. Discovered her when judging Joan Okorodudu’s (‘Godmother of The Nigerian Model Industry) Nigeria’s Next Super Model last year where she was the outright winner. 6ft Tall with major interest from agencies around the world.

Favour in her very short career, has done Mercedes Benz Fahion Week Africa, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Cape Town, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Joburg, New York Fashion Week, 100 Black Week of America fashion show produced by Dwight Eubanks of Atlanta house wives in Atlanta Georgia and the Ethical Fashion Show in Washington DC produced by Rosemary Kokuhilwa the Tanzanian born stylist.
