One of the leading African brands in the fashion world, Maki Oh, a womenswear label that was conceived to initiate a continuous appreciation for ‘self’ and individuality recently released the collection for the Fall ’13 Collection and had the fashion world abuzz.

The Collection which featured the use of &#39Adire&#39, the traditional Yoruba hand-painted and hand-dyeing technique, has gain international attention and has been featured and reviewed on a leading global fashion website

To date Maki Oh remains the only Africa-based fashion label to be featured in the Designers’ Directory on this website, and was earlier reviewed in October 2012 for her Spring 2013 Ready-to-Wear collection.

The collection made its debut at the recent Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Joburg showcasing. The collection ranges in textures (patent embossed leather and printed PVC), colours and prices. It comprises three leather bags, two leather purses, five synthetic bags and two synthetic purses.
